Andre Carey
CEO of Bahamas Operations
30-year veteran of the financial services industry and serial entrepreneur who began his career in 1986 as a dealing assistant at Coutts & Company, working his way to heading trading teams for a number of financial institutions including Société General and Fox-Pitt Kelton. Eventually he transitioned into management and business development within financial services before leaving to establish an advisory business that assisted start-ups in Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney in raising seed and early round capital.
Though he has lived and worked in Toronto, New York and London, with the majority of business time spent in Hong Kong, Andre is originally from Nassau, The Bahamas, where he now resides. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Acadia University and a Master’s degree in Finance from City, University of London. He is a Certified ESG Planner (CEP) and has the anti-money laundering (ACAMS) designation.
Ajamu Clarke
CTO
A senior technology consultant, engineering technologist, and executive with over 25 years of experience delivering enterprise IT solutions and secure digital infrastructure. As the Founder and CEO of iTexxia Inc., he specializes in designing scalable, intelligent technology ecosystems using modern cloud networks, cybersecurity architectures, and full-stack software as well as blockchain development.
His diverse leadership history includes serving as global CTO for Timeless Herbal Care and COO for EDDI Business Consulting, where he modernized agricultural supply chains via electronic data interchange (EDI) systems.
Based in Toronto, Ajamu bridges high-level executive strategy with hands-on technical expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and AI-driven automation. Organizations engage him as a fractional CTO to navigate digital transformations and maximize financial returns on technology investments.
Natsuko Shimizu

With her extensive experience as a Senior Web Producer at the Japan office of Ogilvy, a global Advertising and PR agency, Natsuko is well-equipped in this role. Throughout her tenure at Ogilvy, she managed numerous marketing projects for clients in various fields such as IT, Finance, Tourism & Leisure, and Automotive. Her client portfolio included prominent names such as IBM, SAP, American Express, Castrol, Audi, and British American Tobacco. As the VP of Projects for REE, Natsuko will leverage her expertise in managing diverse marketing projects to drive success and innovation within the company.
